Sherab La, I like to give here the webside of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's upcoming teachings.

For the teachings in Mc leodganj, Dharamsala:

Teachings are free but one need to get a pass or entry card by the security office (near hotel Tibet). Go for this if possible some days (2-3) before. ***Two recent pasport pictures are required.

Go in time to the teachings as no places are numbered and take a small cushion or blanket with you to sitt on. Also a FM radio and headphones can be helpful for translation.
(to buy for 200 rupees in each shop)

A cup for tea will give you the possibility to get freely offered tea during the teachings. You can buy milk to help-(thank for) this kindness. An umbrella or sun hat can be useful.
No camera's are allowed. I write this as lots of people don't know and have to run at the last moment in a hurry.
